Jennifer Raich was raised on sets. She learned to walk on a soundstage, growing up inside the pace and pressure of production and surrounded by the people who make it happen.
That perspective shaped how she approaches representation: informed, direct, and grounded in how this industry actually operates.
She has seen the industry at its best and at its worst. She understands how deeply the right representation can affect a career. She built IVY because she knew what an agency should be.
